for those who buy the 25th
what are you doing with you old figures? are your going to keep them, or have you thought about selling them? i have thought about selling mine more then once. i would only have about 30 that i have in the 25th to sell, but that would be 30 joes with more room and some extra money to buy the 25th with. im torn, in know ill never use any of the ARAH figures if i have them in 25th style, but at the same time i hate to sell them because of the memories. i know i would never sell the ones i have had since i was a kid, but i have bought way, way over a 100 since i started back. have any of you ever gone through this?

"For those who buy the 25th, WE SALUTE YOU!"
Sorry, couldn't help it with the ACDC reference, y'know?
I don't know what to do with my Bastard Era stuff. I love it and all but as figures get replaced, I'm slowly selling or giving away some of it. So VvV Beach Head. What do I really need him for when I got the 25th?
Now the Cobra Troopers (25A), I have a few but I'm relying on the DTC more. Army builders I'll keep, even if they are shorter.
In a way, people can ALMOST talk me out of any of my figures. Bombstrike? No. BUT if there were a 25A Bombstrike and she were decent, I'd prolly give my old one away.

I'm keeping mine out of sentimentality. They'll just be locked away somewhere, never to be seen again...

I use both. Sometimes mix and match, but most times I keep genres separate. I was thinking about calling it quits if I find a 25th VAMP with Clutch. Make that my first purchase and last purchase and call it a collection career. But that's way too melodramatic...

ok, another question here, what will you do with the extra 25th's you have? i now have both both versions of firefly, shipwreck and comic pack storm shadow. why do i need 2 ship wrecks when the only difference is the dark pants, and why do i need 2 firefly's when one is darked? sell them on ebay, or customs???

My solution for extras is: They change their outfits. Who wants to wear the same closes all the time?
Ok, not good enough... use them as synthoids.
Mix and match 25th, new mold, vintage? Don't really like doing that at this point. 25th line is a splinter-toy verse that exists on its own. New molds exist with the old vintage Joes as far as I’m concerned.

I tend to give them away to people who aren't willing to pay for the stuff. Well, usually. Like, I sent a bunch up to a buddy in Canada. Not the BEST figures but these were loose. The MOCs, those end up in the contests here.
