Default GI Joe comic packs...

Comic packs for GI Joe seem to be coming pack. Those in the know already know that they are now 2-packs and not 3-packs. HISSTANK.COM apparently has the 1st fotos of what's to come and uh... Just how many ways can Hasbro find a way to piss off Outrider and GIJock?

Visit HissTank.com for pics

I'm not overly excited.

Well, they've just found another one. ANOTHER Snake Eyes...ANOTHER Storm Shadow...ANOTHER Cobra Commander, etc, and what's more, in lovely bright colours...prepare for the second neon age! It has just become laughable, and I'm insulted that Hasbro would even imagine that I would waste 50c on cr@p like that. The sad thing is I'm not even surprised - I actually expect this sort of thing now.

The only figure I'll be after from this wave is the Hawk figure. The rest, like most people who already have the first 2 battle packs, I'll pass on. If you think about it, this isn't really a bad idea. Those collectors that passed on the battle packs due to $$ or maybe there were only 1 or 2 figures that they really wanted can now get them in these 2-packs.

Hawk looks decent and makes sense. That blue snake eyes looks good. The rest is brightly colored garbage . At least we are getting a doc mail away. I wonder how they will screw that one up.

I really wish that I could put this Scarlett head on the original body...........

Thank God I've got my 'G.I. Jane'.........now all I need is 'Bombstrike' (see? I didn't even call her what I usually do!)..........

Oh, the comic packs?? We'll see, I mean it is 'G.I. Joe', so I do want to keep it on the shelves.....but these, well, they're going to do what the rest of the 25th line has been doing.........collecting dust.......articulated to all get out, BUT not very 'playable'........

It's too bad they didn't fix the problems. Like cutting some of Scar's waist piece so she could sit and whatnot. I don't have a problem them doing comic packs and even changing them to 2-packs. It's the choice of characters involved. Would it be that hard to do a #20 w/ Clutch and Cobra Trooper? What about $16 and do Hawk and Venom (or CC or Destro or Scarface)? The latter 2-packs look like a rehash of JvC to me.
