Default 25th Re-Tools

So I was thinking... Since the premise of the 25th anniversary figures seems to be a few basic bodies re-tooled with new heads, web gear, etc. (much like Marvel Legends has been doing successfully for years), who could the already-revealed 25th figs be re-tooled into?

All of these ideas are assuming, as I said above, that new heads and web gear would be created. Just looking at the first few years of figures that originally came out, this is what I've come up with:

The most use would probably come from Snake-Eyes's mold. Since it has the "commando turtle neck" style, it can become Hawk, Grunt, Short-Fuze, and Zap. (this is assuming it's already going to become Stalker)

With new arms (or perhaps just using Duke's), it can become Breaker and Rock n' Roll.

Duke's torso could get a lot of use too. I'm kind of already assuming they'll use it for Shipwreck, but I could see it becoming Clutch and (with different arms) Steeler. It can also become Doc, Recondo, Spirit, and Footloose-- And, if Hasbro wants to make the life jacket a separate piece as opposed to molding it on, it could be used for Cutter too.

I seriously doubt Gung-Ho's vest is a separate piece from the rest of his body, but if it was, his torso could become Quick-Kick. Roadblock could be easily turned into Sgt. Slaughter. One of my favorite Cobras, Slice, could be created from Storm-Shadow's mold. Cobra Commander could conceivably become a Crimson Guardsman.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
