I think if Destro committed himself to leading Cobra it'd probably be like it was around #100 of the Marvel series, when he, um, led Cobra...
Bravo, are you asking what it'd be like if Destro took over Cobra and ran it his own way, according to his established character, or what it'd be like if Destro changed to be more power-hungry and aggressive like Cobra Commander and then took over? Everyone seems to be answering to the former but it sounds like you're thinking in terms of the latter?
