Interesting question.Truthfully,the question of "Honor" from a man who'll start a war so he can sell weapons to both sides is problematical at best.I think Cobra under Destro would simply look like a larger version of the Iron Grenadiers.

The only real change I could see with Destro leading Cobra is Destro isn't into the whole 'mind-control'/Brain-Wave Scanner as much as CC is....
