Shame they couldn't get Byrne to do a full issue's art, I'd have liked to see his depiction of more of the Joe & Cobra characters.

Actually, Hama broke his own "no thought bubbles" rule at least once. In the post Cobra Civil War issue after a motorist yells at Roadblock, he thinks "He wasn't even driving American iron!" Or something like that.
I'm not opposed to non-Hama issues, but issue 20 was a forgettable issue, really. Belt jet packs?
