IIRC (I'm at work and my comics are at home...) this one wasn't too bad for a non-Hama issue. The most glaring difference was the use of thought balloons...
Shame they couldn't get Byrne to do a full issue's art, I'd have liked to see his depiction of more of the Joe & Cobra characters.
