Here is a suggestion. If your using firefly have him plot to sabotage something of gi joe. It doesnt have to be cobra related payment. As long as theres a decent beginning middle and end.
I'd like to see a bogus transaction. Like Firefly gets totally stiffed on a payment.. and so goes and levels the building of the person who gave him the work
