I probably wouldn't mind this, specifically because it would keep the off-topic posts away from the other days. I don't particularly like coming here on an average day and finding heaps of Spiderman, Iron Man, Star Wars... pictures on the front page, with one or two GIJoe pictures hidden between them. So yeah.
