Scarlett, you need to use your photo editing software to alter the size and perhaps quality of your pics. I don't know what software you have, but most will have the option of File/Resize, which allows you to set the picture to say 800 x 600 pixels. Also, when you save your picture (as a jpeg file, not a bmp), you should have an option to alter the quality of the picture. The lower the quality, the smaller the kb of the file. Hope that helps!
