I don't know too much about them, but I do know a crew is needed. But also I've heard of fully automated ones where a crew isn't needed. I just figure throw enough $$$ at something and enough technology and anything is possible now days it seems. But more realistic, if I could afford one, it would be as automated as possible... either that or find a crew of hot look'n babes.... ;-)
