Hrm. I really am thinking that I should pause before continuing and really think about my Joeverse. I am really into the COBRA R&D setting.. have scientists, computer techs, etc, even a base commander.. all geared towards research. Dio story geared towards that too. But before I spend more time rendering a more detailed R&D base, or redesigning one, I really need to examine what style best reflects my own thoughts towards a COBRA research branch.
