Yep I found Col. Vogel a couple of weeks ago at Big Lots. Mine also has the canvas truck for $10.
KMart also has quite a few left on clearance for the same prices Big Lots has them at.
TJMaxx/Marshall's might still carry some leftovers.
My Walmart is still sitting on their 3 pack exclusives at regular price. They've just used clearance price tags to try to fool people.
