other than that I agree, it was a very sad attempt at being funny. It just reminded me of the guy who tried so hard, at the party, to impress the chicks with his witt, but always ended up being the one going home alone! Somehow I feel this is him all grown up.

Yeah, that's really becoming my take on the author. When I first read this thing, I was royally ticked just because of the nature of the thing. I grew up with the 3-3/4 line and if for no other reason loved it for all the nostalgia that they bring to me. I've got memories about the toys, mags, cartoon etc. that I'm sure we all share and to see this piece of
junk (not my first choice of word) just felt like I'd been slapped by some "Mr. Popular" wannabe loser who could barely string two words together. I appreciate everyone's opinions about this thing. Thanks for responding.
