New ruling in place. Please review LordRaven's original post. Thx.
Plus, part of the fun is how to block the nFo from certain figures/characters. Take Major Barrage for example. Or Falcon and Tunnel Rat, Repeater and Muskrat. Just a hint. But try not to go over the 10 character cap, please!
