It's what I ALWAYS wanted to see as a kid. The cartoon and comic dealt with some aspect, but I was the kid who was like, "What if GI Joe went up against..." Yeah. That's why I enjoy the horror/sci-fi aspect of things.
I DO end up reading everyone's dios. BUT I am MORE willing to read a dio hosted on a site than 1-page hits.

lol, must be really hard for you to come back and read any of my dios as im always aware that there are misspelled words in them.
im with you in that i always thought what it would be like if gi joe fought so and so. my favorite thought was seeing gi joe and cobra team up against the games master again where the games master used transformers as his army.
im exactly the same on the last part. i read each and every dio, but if its short i sometimes have nothing to say because theres really no story. still there all fun to read and hard to make no matter the size.
