Ahh, but the Decepticon called Shockwave was
also renamed Shockblast a few years ago because Hasbro had lost the rights. Perhaps they're getting the rights back via the movie, as they did for the name Bumblebee. But maybe the con set occurred before they'd re-secured the copyright or something...
