Some B.A.T.s or Swamp rats are poor Cobra volunteer dead in action (like Robocop) and transformed in monsters by Mindbender, Interrogator, Scalpel and Crystal Ball..
In my Joeverse 1990 Night Creeper is Plague Trooper Aleph (INCISOR) and 2008 v. 28 Armored Cobra Commander is FRED 7.
