The only stop motion I've ever done was with an 8mm film camera eons ago. then it was 20 frames per second and was dark because the light aperture on the camera was manual and I didn't know that. Suffice it to say, I had six reels of film with about 15 seconds of usable footage. Not happy then, yawning now.
