Same here Dude! You'll get a great price out of it, but you definitely should start out at the base price. Personally I would also add to the base price(a), the cost of all the stowage and other add-ons (b) plus cost of paint (c) then add at least 15% (d) of that to a final price for a commission job [a+b+c+d=X]. It's a reasonable price, gives you the practice (not that you need it) and above that puts a beautiful piece of art in the hands of another collector!
BTW, Mysterious Stranger - I know the look you're talking about, my wife looks at me with that "I can't believe you've done it again" look, then goes out and gets shoes....Oh well.
