I left joes as a kid just before the "neon invasion" (and the ninja invasion as well!)... my last Joe at that time was a BAT v1.

So the neon joes are not a part of my childhood memories.

Apart from some specific cases as the Sci Fi v1, Alley Viper v1 and others, I really don't have much love for neon. And since I'm not the "completist" type collector, I normally pass on them.

But now, seeing what you guys can do customizing vehicles and figures that had a nice design, but awful colors... I'll probably think twice next time I have a chance to get an old neon character/vehicle, because I know it can be "fixed"
