Unless by some miracle, it was a new comic written by Larry Hama, and a new cartoon featuring Michael Bell as Duke, Bill Ratner as Flint, a Chris Latta sound-alike as Cobra Commander, etc. ...In which case the answer would be both! ...But that's not likely to happen now, is it? __________________ is on indefinite hiatus...
