their right about the focus. but dont take it wrong and give up, i have many shots out of focus. do like graham said and take different shots of the same pic. i do this all the time with no less then 3, and also the same shot from different angles. like i said, no one is trying to bring you down, just offering a lil advice. you have already shown improvement, that alone shows that you should keep moving forward.
