Well that sucks. Are you gonna tell people you slipped and fell ("Help, I can't get up!"? Or you gonna tell people you got into a gnarly fistfight with a guy trying to steal your car?

I've broken both arms, both wrists, fingers, toes, ankles and a lovely concussion too!
