Tried hitting it with a hammer...and nothing happened. (??) I tried submerging the figure in hot water for a minute to soften the plastic, then scored the sides, and hit it as well, but nothing happened... What am I supposed to do? Hit it gently and it'll just pop open?! Sorry to sound angry, but the loose arm joint is driving me nuts. Maybe my best bet is to just buy another... argh!
