For the most part, no. I can use Destro because I LIKE the height variance. The Cobra Troopers are so-so. I sold all my DTC Blueshirts to Ender90210 so the only real problem is if the 25A BSs are near my nu skulpt Vipers and NeoVipers. I have no use for Cobra Commander and Baroness (please give us a BETTER version!). I have the nu skulpt versions to make that work. Uhmmmm... Stormy and his White Lotus ninja are just fine.

On the Joe side, man... It's cool that the figures are a bit bigger and all but... Once I get my dio REALLY rolling, I'll see how things pan out.
