i think they do. you can tell a difference in them, but mostly because of the joints and smaller arms, but as height goes, its really not a big deal, imo. look at my dio, how the grinch tried to steal christmas. i have 2 25th troopers and a 25th beach head with 4 other troopers and hawk, stalker, covergirl and QK. i think they all work well together. its really kinda silly to try to get every figure exactly the same, look at how much contrast there is in the real world.
