Here are my real life heroes,

1. Jesus Christ
2. General Romeo Dallaire (a Canadian general who went through hell and back in Rwanda, and has done alot for veterans in Canada, watch Shake Hands with the Devil, excellent movie, and alot more accurate than Hotel Rwanda)
3. Jan Zurakowski, one of the test pilots of the Avro Arrow, and an jet powered aviation pioneer.
4. AC Leonard Birchall "The Savior of Ceylon", a Canadian Catalina pilot in WW2 who alerted the defenders of Ceylon of an impending Japanese attack, which they were able to repel, his plane was subsequently shot down and he spent the rest of the war as a Japanese POW.
5. Sir Sean Connery, the first and only 'real' James Bond, one of the only outspoken Scottish independence activists to receive a knighthood, and a real man's man.
