Here goes nothing.
I'm Kurt, and I'm one of the young'uns here at being 16 (But I have an old soul
) . My first action figures were the POTF2 Star Wars figures back in 1995/1996. I still collect Star Wars figures, as they have improved greatly over the years, I just wish I could find the new waves as they come out. I also was a huge Beast Wars fan. I now regret selling most of them
. I got into joe stuff in 2002. I soon had a small collection. Then I discovered the superior vintage figures through the internet. My Joeverse at first took shape towards the Diostories people had on the net at the time, mostly General Hawk's. This was the only joe "media" I had to work with. Now I've read some of the marvel series and understand it all more.
As for me, I'm currently a student, I have all A's right now. I have a few friends, but none of them know about my hobby. I spend my free time here, taking pictures for the site, customizing figures, and of course playing with my figures.
