1. ) Lowlight- when I first read teh story where he had to kill a CIA turncoat and knocked him out instead, Ive loved the character.
I see him as starting as a slightly geeky, jokey guy who gradually has become darker and darker as his job impacts upon him- to the point he's deadly serious and quiet.
Theres a dio story (Im sorry I forgot who's) that IMO portrays teh two aspects of Lowlight perfectly- the early one- who was Shooter in the dio, and the later, darker one.
2. ) Several- Serpentor too- and all teh clones, and I still cant really a place for them.
Funnily enough, like LordRaven, Gristle was one (and the rest of the Headhunters), and I also have made him head of my Alley Vipers
3. ) Does anyone remember teh film The Eiger Sanction?
With Clint Eastwood. Theres a gay assassin/killer in that film that comes across as simultaneously absurd and dangerous, so yes Id say so.
On a side note- I agree with the portrayal of PDD as a deep- voiced character.
