I just did, he doesn't know if it's permanent or not because no one will return his emails ( I believe it was to the Admin ) and General Scarlett has no clue either. I read some of his past post looks like he gave away some major Joe stuff for free. So I'm why he can't get an answer back. I guess the powers to be don't want him here.
