I'm going to tell you a secret: When I was in middle school, and Street Fighter II was new and exciting, I had a crush on Chun-Li. Yeah, maybe it's weird, but I was only like 13! To this day, she's still my favorite Street Fighter. There's a Microman Chun-Li figure on my desk, looking at me as I type this.

But, all biases aside, Chun-Li isn't called the Strongest Woman in the World for nothing. Pythona wouldn't stand a chance against the Spinning Bird Kick and the Ki Ko Ken.
