The first two, I'd say EBay or you could check Guru-Planet.com in the "Clearance" bin. The Last one, you might find at Toys R US, if not, got to HasbroToyShop.com and purchase it there, otherwise you're gonna ripped off on EBay!

I have a V2 (slaughters MArauders) extra.

I also found a V1 in pieces in my customs bin. I reassembled him with a new back screw but he's still dirty,got loose joints and rusty leg screws, but with a little love (ie: some paint, a few new screws and a little rubber cement in his joints and he'll be mint! Interested?
