Big Lots gets 25th Joes
 

I only went to one Big Lots store (on Hampton, in Aurora, CO) but they were full to the brim with modern figures. Eels, Sgt. Airborne, Pilot Scarlett, Zartan (with awesome Chameleon), Cobra Bazooka Soldier, Cobra Paratrooper and a few Trackers. At $4 each, it's a bargain. Too bad I'm a vintage collector. :o

I saw earlier today that those guys were showing up at ollies and marcs. But we don't have those down here. Hopefully our big lots will get them...

You could offer to do some trades.

If I find an EEl, I will gladly trade it for a 3 pack of 1998 Cobra Infantry. :p

Wait, you want the Eel or the Infantry? I'd trade 3 Eels for that 3 pack! Or purple/blue Vipers.

And I'll totally pick up figures for anyone not near a Big Lots or that wants them. Just PM or email me. Grabbed a few today. They've still got a lot, but only the characters I mentioned. I'd need to charge for shipping, or we could trade. My full want list is at YoJoe.com.

Also, they're selling mucho Star Trek figures: 3 3/4" and 6" (?). The small guys are $3 and the larger ones $6, I think. A million Chekov & Sulu, a few Kirk, Spock & the Romulan guy. The Enterprise bridge and Transporter Room are $10 each. A bargain, but I just haven't bought them... yet.

My Big Lots had them. I bought up all the EELs (7) they had and a Zartan. I would be willing to part with one or two of them if someone needs them.

I'm not really into 25th, too tall. A shame, those Eels look cool otherwise.
