Ordering from Tri-Gate Creations
 

Greetings!

There's some nice things at Tri-Gate Creations and I am interested in ordering stuff. Seems everything is in some sort of pre-order state. Everything seems to have a "contact us" link. So, the question is, how does someone go about actually ordering. Let's say there's an armored torso I want, so how do I begin?

They may have some cool stuff, but I wouldn't trust them. I'm still waiting for some weapons for close to a year now.

Would Broken Arrow Toys be an alternative to TGC? They seem a little more straightforward to order from. I was wondering about TGC also.

Broken Arrow is even WORSE. He's cheated SO many people out of their money and not shipped stuff its not funny. Broken Arrow is run by Alyosha. If your a buddy of his sure he'll get you your stuff.. but if he don't know you its good luck trying. This is his 3rd or 4th try at running a site like this.

The other problem I found with Broken Arrow is his shipping charges. You can order one rifle and he'll charge you $6.50 to ship it. You almost have to spend over $100 in order to have enough stuff to justify $6.50 for shipping.
I bought a head, a rifle and a helmet from him. The head and the helmet were cool and loked good, but the rifle's butt stock snapped off the first time I put it into a figure's hands. I told Marauder John about that and he was kind enough to make me a one-off replacment that is nice and sturdy and cooler looking. Granted it was $4.00 instead of his ususal $.99 because it was a one off and just something he was toying around with, but the BA rifle was $6.00.
BA also takes at least a month to get your stuff to you, so don't order from him if you need your gear right now.

Trigate has moved up to a "pre-order" type of system.
Basically they put items on the website once per 3 weeks, you have a 10 day window to order... after the 10 days are over they start producing the items and start shipping when they are ready. After that they put other items up for 10 days and so on...

If you are interested ordering something "off the shelf" just send an e-mail to Dave, I'm sure he will hook you up. Just let him know what you want and if its available...

It might take a while though, as he might have to cast individual pieces for you.
