Problem Posting Photos
 

Hi there,

I haven't posted much since I posted my first picture a while back and there's a good reason for that.
Because every time I've tried, it would not work and take me to a page that says

"HTTP 500 Internal Sever Error
The website cannot display the page
HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.

What you can try:
Refresh the page.

Go back to the previous page.

How big are your pics? They put a limit on size after the second crash around the start of this year. I think it is 200k but could be wrong on that. That might be the problem. I am not sure.

Actually it seems that the new size limit is 150ish......I've tried doing stuff between 150 & 200 and it won't accept it. But when I crop it back to under 150-no problem

I made some adjustments to the control panel. Please try it again and post here how it goes. the site has it's own resize process on upload, but I'm not sure if it only resizes or if it compresses a lot as well. I'll have to find out.

I tried to post one on my photos again and it wouldn't let me, but when I resized it to 800 X 600 from it's original size of 2272 X 1704 it worked.

So thank you all for your help.:D
