Ok, I am planning another DIO.
Hopefully using charcaters you don't normally see in most.
I know what you are going to say, "firefly". Yes he will be in it, but do not expect a major plot following him.
I hope to flesh out Destro's plans for domination of COBRA and even manipulating COBRA officers!
So far, here is a list of characters.

G.I.Joe
Hawk
Hit and Run
Shock Wave
And a couple others

COBRA
Destro
Wraith
Firefly as I mentioned.
