Any ideas on water?

Does anyone have an idea on how to make realistic liquids besides the model train E-Z water stuff?

My Dio idea is a cobra toxic plant, complete with a vat of goo.

I dunno. Painted clay?

Hmmm.. Don't have any for one, and I want it transparent.

Gel candles... you can buy the stuff in any craft store, works great and smells good too.

They come in toxic green?
Maybe, still not sure. If there are any other methods let me know. :)

2 part resin with a drop of green food color

I take it you want something that is green and translucent? Or at least close? If that's the case, if you go to " A+ Teachers Supply" stores or "Lakeshore Learning" stores, you can sometimes find little tubs of glow-in-the-dark Slime. Would that work? If not, like they said, use EZ water and add Green food coloring or rust colored paint.

Or, if you want a "Glowing" vat of goo, get some floral lights from Michaels. Drill a small hole in the top of a hair spray cap and insert the lights. Tape the hole closed. Fill the cap with EZ water stained with green food coloring and turn on the lights. ;)

Yeah. Vegetable dye!!! Uhmmmm, I was just giving out an idea that clay could be goo. Otherwise, you gobs of paint that hasn't broken down. lol. You know, the muck in a paint can. But if it's any consolation, Bob The Builder uses PINK clay to represent the concrete/asphalt for streets. PINK!

If you have a really thin layer of glue from a glue gun and have painted green underneath it should look like the water is green.
