Removing Zartan's Hood...

I'm wanting to remove the hood from a 25th Zartan and was wondering if anyone has already tried this. If so what's the best method to use? And what does the hoodless Zartan look like?

i bet its really small with a groove in the back and a tab on the hood that fits into it, with heavy glue holding it in.

There is a big notch in the top of his head and a tab on the hood that is glued into it. You can pry it off carefully with a flathead screwdriver but the head will have the notch in the top.

Thanks for the replies.... I'll give it a go (the notch shouldn't matter - I was planning on giving him a helmet anyway)
