Oddly enough I seen some Dios that makes him out to be a total badass but I agree with you Lerhes that he is just a guy in a cool uniform not a real warrior like Outback. After all he is called the Interigator not the Warrior.

Interrogator all the way. Rumor has it that he beat Duke down. AND it was said on his filecard that his mask has some sort of funky properties to it that can mess with a person. So while Outback turns into Festus-Before-The-Bell-Rings, Interrogator woulda capped his stinky ass before he even left HQ on his Joe mission. :p

1st)doesnt matter that he beat duke, who hasnt or cant.

2nd)my character was a psychological master and multi black belt, yet he couldnt beat a viper. besides, the fight isnt going to be with outback laying on a couch. outback would be stronger, his will power would be like that of a jedi against a ewok and outback would have tons more ability with a gun or hand to hand.
