Updated cobra fortress
 

I originally posted this in the how to, but I don't think anybody looks on there anymore. Anyways, here is an update at where my fortress for my diorama is at. I have two rooms that need finishing, one for strategic planning, and the top room for CC, and I need to print out some posters for the two bunk rooms one I get a new ink cartridge.

When I get to build the rest of the diorama, the frontage will have an all-out joe assault, with my vipers and BAT's outside taking on the fight. I tried to make all of the present cobras appear on alert.

Holy headquarters batman! That is impressive, I really like the details of the added stairs. Man that's a heap load of work. Looks fantastic so far, I can't wait to see the finished product.

Very impressive. That you can make planets out of noth... Oh wait, wrong thread. As per the base, pretty f'n cool. Personally, I would've made it more modular cuz it'll be hard to change the angles up. But that's just me. It's too bad the new folks never saw Transformations cuz that showcases a whole Cobra installation but you never see the whole thing at once. Which is they way I like it.

what are you using for the outside? is it stone spray paint?

Great castle, I am very impressed with the craftmanship on the stairs.

The Standoff
 

Until I get a chance to build the rest of my diorama, I felt like I would go through withdraw if I didn't at least get some joes on display. So I made a temp dio (imagine a world with no high-powered rifles) :)

This place is freaking sweet! Love the details like the stairs and the internal watch points over the garage. The other areas on the roof, the bunks...man you got a really nice base here.
