I'm free. Do you?
Well,
It can sound a little "gay", but let's get to it. No I'm not gay, LOL. I want to talk about the bright G.I. Joe colors. I just opened my mind and I can live with some of them. What means I don't need to repaint every bright color. Ex.: Capt. Grid Iron and Voltar. Others I can't stand like Ice cream soldier. Tracker with yellow pants... And you? Have you a need to repaint everyone of the bright colors? |
Luis, I think you know what I'm going to say....bright colours must die! :D

Neon/Bright colours..
A flamethrowing commando decked out in bright orange and yellow.. :o
a PT instructor decked out in leopard skin neon pants.. How can we even take Hasbro seriously anymore? I think neon was the work of the devil!! Yes all neon should be abolished from army/military figures.. and those with a sore eye colour selection should be taken to mcdonalds and fed a mcfiery.. ;) Horrible.. just.. just horrible.. |
Bright colors make Hulk very angry! :D
|
IMO not all the neon are that bad... let me think which one is ok....

Camouflage has been a formal military standard since the days that colonial farmers would need to fight the natives off and would counter-attack and "hunt" the natives down after a raid or whatever. From the days of colonial rangers, Apaches, Zulu warriors, Boers, German DAK, Marine Raiders, British Commandos on into "modern" warfare. The only time a neon battle uniform should be issued is if the soldiers are attacking the Las Vegas strip.

Neon uniforms works great if you are trying to thin out the active duty roster to cut payroll.

sci-fi=awesome. nuff said.

That is absolutely true. The Ohio cell of Cobra for instance has nothing but neon Chartreuse uniforms. Many casualties and MIAs....terrible stuff..... :D |

Awesome. The CG in charge of this division also works a day job in payroll accounting. He's getting a big bonus, and kickbacks from the local mortician for all the extra business. Sadly, Cobra also figured out that taking out term life insurance on employees was a way to supplement organizational income even after devastating losses. Neon uniforms = higher casualty rates ;) |
