OH MAN!!! i like flint, but sorry, no way he stands a chance against maximus. i mean the guy is probably tougher then serpentor, maybe even close to nemesis. sorry, this hurts me almost as bad as picking serpentor over slaughter, but i have to go with maximus.

V Max and Cobra La and weird critters are on the fringe. Serpentor I can see, but beyond that it's iffy. So I'm going with Flint. Let's just say V Max popped Lady Jaye with a backhand and Flint is enraged. You know what comes next...
