I have already set aside money from my paycheck yesterday for this. Finally, a show I can drive to in one day again.

How much should I save?

Hotel and everything, I would put away about $1500. That is unless you can split a room with a few people. That is my plan this year. I will be waiting to see what the exclusives are this year as I do not collect M.E. sculpts anymore and would only get a set of them if it was a really cool theme. I have thought that if it is only M.E. I will probably start getting the 12" figures as i have liked the past couple of sets.

I would like to get the con set if it is ARAH and would like to get past con-sets also. Additionaly I would like to grab loose ARAH figs or vehicles.

There is so much loose ARAH stuff at these cons. Everything from $1.00 bins of parts and figures, loose armybuilder bins for $5.00 each and some of the hardest to find things out there. Almost always a booth of just custom figures for sell. Dio Contests. It is a real blast. I would love to see more JD.com people go as we have had very little presence in the past. The Room swap is also great, I have gotten rid of so much loose stuff in the past and gotten as much from room to room trading. As the con gets closer we should see if we can get a sticky so that anyone that is going can organize for a JD.com night out or somthing. As of right now, I am 90% sure I am going with finances being the only obsticle.

1) The set will contain 25A-style figures!

You can save even more if you find another Hotel a bit further, There's plenty of wasy to save, I'mm lucky.......I have family right by Disney, so all my funds get to go to the CON.

I'm going and looking forward to it... finally somewhere thats convenient. My family is 45 minutes from there.

I will be seeing what the 12in set is this year then. After the demise of the 25A and ROC starting up I just lost all interest in those figures. Some of you on the board here have reaped the rewards of that already. 8>

Luckily for me I stay not too far from O-town. Already got the address programmed in my GPS!
