The recent surge of Activity?

Alot of the old timers are kinda sitting back while the new kid's are getting some action! :p

Ahh, We'll always have Ender,Sonn,ToneGuns,Vader and (God Bless) Outrider.

Has anyone really seen how popular this site is? I believe it's on pretty much every Joe Forum board as the Ultimate Place for Joe related Pictures. Also, it must be pretty famous cause' its been blocked on my school's computer servers.

As one of the new "kids", you're welcome. I took an old addage my Jesuit dorm chaplain used to say, "If you haven't gotten off your ass and done something today, what is wrong with you?" I think he was talking big picture, but I do enough of that. This is something to fill the void between customs work, real work, baby diapers, and the upcoming move. That and I felt I should give back since I borrowed so many ideas for weapon and vehicle paint jobs from here specifically.

I consider myself an odltimer but I definatly not sitting back. But i welcome the kids getting into the action as well.

Well one thing to be noted is some guys have left Joedios as their number 1 posting place. I know me, PA, Craig, Dread, and a few others migrated to Flickr like last year.

I post more on Flickr now then I do here. No real reason why other then the 3 at a time limit here and a I often want to post a batch all at once. That and Sharing with friends seems a bit easier. I still try to post a couple pics here when I can.

People are posting, but sadly aren't commenting. Going through a few pages of photos it seems like people are speaking less on everyone's work, which is sad to me.

I come by here nearly every day, and I look at all the pics, but I just don't have much time to post on them. Of course, I've never been a huge poster here, as 1,450 posts in five years attests. As for posting my own work... well, I just don't have the free time I used to for taking pictures! Which is really unfortunate, because I have like three more Joe/Transformers crossovers planned, which at this rate, I will probably never get to...

Rols right alot of the older cats have migrated! Yeah I started posting more on flickr because my stuff can be as big as I want them! Also I like the note tool and the fact that alot if us oringers are on flickr! As well when I joined flickr the site was getting like five pictures a day and alot can attest I would take like five shot a day myself! As well someone mentioned
that moat people over here mostly the new cats dint comment as much in pictures they mostly post! Which I can't hate cause after three years here I have only 900 comments! But 5 pages worth if pics! But I as well think it's the quality of the post and not how much one posts! :D

Well, I'll be blunt... the female anatomy of my girlfriend, has been keeping me at bay from having time to post or take pics. Being 30 and acting like I'm in high school again is quite pleasant.

On another note, I also have college and work to focus on. I plan to get back to posting sooner or later.

Its great seeing new talent here. While I have been busy with classes its nice to look at the new stuff when I get a chance!

I totally agree and am guilty as charged. I'll do my best to post more feedback from now on.

Woot! I'm always checking this site. Lots of great photos, and great feedback. There are always intelligent feedback when asked, and sometimes when not asked. A tighter community here than on some big site -- ppl I've grown to respect. That's something that I can't get into on the larger generic photo posting sites.. too many strangers, lots not into Joes, just into pics. Which is why I like this site, there's intelligent feedback from ppl who know and understand Joes.
