BUT

DeathAtMidnite is in Thailand right now. He is getting married (in the Thai customary way) tomorrow. He says it's an all-day event. He'll be there till after the 1st of the year. He'll return next year and then he'll have to do another "american" ceremony of his union with his gal.

He said, "an event like this only happens once in a blue moon". Actually, his very-soon to be wife said that. Marriage.

So give him some love and say CONGRATS or something of that sort!

Getting hitched was one of the few smart things I've ever done. Hope it all works out great for you too Death!

Interestingly enough, December 31th will be a Blue Moon (an occurance of a second full moon with in a calendar month), a rarity as it is and an even bigger rarity to have one on New Years Eve.

Marriage, what an institution! But who wants to live in an institution?

Congrats man! marriage is awesome! i wont sugar coat it for ya! you'll get on each others nerves she'll scream you'll scream! she'll cry! you all will get mad! and then it starts all over the next day! but its the best feeling in the world ya know! to know you can annoy the hell out of someone and they still have to put up with it! Mine doesn't mind me or the Joes so she's golden! enjoy thailand and your wedding!

We've been .. umm.. really busy. ;-) In terms of the sights, Clutch and Shipwreck would be really happy here. There's more to Thailand than one can see in a week, so this is certainly not the first vacation trip I'll be making here within the year. I'm on my way back now to the US, long flight. Thanks from both of us, again!
