1. What's it matter to you?

2. How do you know it was regular members here?

3. It's already deleted. These aren't bots. These are real live people who actually WRITE up spams for a living or an extra job. How do I know? Because Amazon has a program where you can do this. Companies will pay you 5 cents (or whatever) to go website to website and 'advertise'. I've never done that aspet, but have done other 'jobs' for Amazon. There's a good chance that the original posters checked their own posts, a few times.

So thats the deal with all the spam here.

I was surprised when I saw all the spam posts that kept popping up, its rather quite annoying - but I guess there isn't to much we can do with it.

I've gotta agree, it's not like this is the only B Board that get's spammed, it happens on them all, unfortunately. :( I think attacking Sonnelion was a little overboard Captain Max, you may want to cool off a bit before attacking other members. Just so you know I was one of the 4 a$$ @#$% idiots who looked at the post to send a spam report, to ensure the individual was banned from the site.

I'm going to take this moment to let all members know something. I realize that we all have lives and crap that go on in them. And no one's problems are any less signifigant than another's. But that is no excuse.......

From now on, any member who disrespects another member or a Mod/Admin WILL BE BANNED IMMEDIATELY.

I've tried to be nice to all of you, even to the point of being ridiculed, called rude and disgusting things and laughed at. But through it all, I have not held a grudge-even though the same respect was not afforded to me.

For the record i appreciate what G.S Is saying, i've been a member here for a while and have sometimes stepped out of line whilst my intentions were good and my life crappy, as Pru pointed out.. it's still no excuse.

Also I'd like to point out my post was merely a direct question aimed at the threadstarter, i'm more of a lurker and an occasional poster from what i used to be so perhaps I missed something :confused:

I don't set a great example myself, so i am not going to sit here and call people names, but i'd certainly like to know what the deal was with Captain Max and this thread. :confused:

Being the next best example it would be good of david to at least PM Sonnelion and apologise.

GS your a saint and i want you to know that there are people on this site that appreciate everything you do and all the help you give as well and i gotta say your one of the coolest mods i've ever met on a site so thanks for everything :D

Ok, I've done the deed. I usually don't give the reasoning of why things are done most of the time. But this round, it's several fold.

1. Members can call each other out for questionable actions by anybody. But to degrade them in the opening post is not cool. The member in question basically called 4 of you "Idiots". That's a no-no.

2. As GS already stated, members who disrespect the powers that be will be banned.

I'm locking this thread. If one feels it necessary, please feel free to start a "Thank you GS" or "I respect GS" thread.
