Who's Your "Golden Boy"?
 

When it comes to the different universes/continuities/etc. that you've all created, who is it that you'd put on the "I Want YOU!!!" poster for recruiting to the Joe team?

I'd obviously go with Flint, but I'm just your average, unimaginative putz :D I'm sure you've all got some crazy choices that'd be great to see.

in my Joeverse its the USAgent, the ultimate soldier that brings them in, i know he's not a Joe but the superhero showdown cap was to good a chance to pass up to custom make one, i've been a fan of the agent since his days in the Avengers west coast

When the new recruits are all signed up, in their barracks is a poster of Sgt Slaughter saying "Give your hearts to America, because your butts belong to me."

I hate to say it, but probably Duke. He might look like a golden boy, but at least he looks the part too. Falcon would be a good choice too.

My joe Verse is slightly messed up due to the actions of my brother and i in the past so i'd have to say Ace or leatherneck but since i only have a beat up leatherneck any more......

Probably Duke although he's no favorite of mine. He's not a huge part of my Joe-verse, but he's got that inviting smile and all-American boyscout feel to him. Heck, his original card art looks like a darn recruitment poster.

A triple shot of Scarlett, Lady Jaye and G.I. Jane with the tagline "WE Want YOU! ... to join blah blah blah" Tell me those three on a recruitment poster wouldn't increase enlistment.

I don't know, the way poor Lady Jaye's been handled lately, we may wanna' replace her with Cover Girl :D Wait, did I just type that about molded plastic? I think I'm gonna' go punch myself in the face now.
