any gamers on here?
 

i play halo on the PC and i play GTA on the PS2 haven't got to play halo 3 yet but i have no Xbox 360 :(

I guess it depends on what you call a "Gamer". I play the fallout series (1,2 and Tactics), StarCraft and sometimes I play my son in Halo2, but I REFUSE to buy another game console (I got Playstation 2 and Xbox for the kids a few years back!). As soon as I got enough games to enjoy Sega Genisis,... Xbox and Playstation2 came out.....now what are we up to? Playstation 4? I'm not gonna lay down $600.00 for these new systems when next year I won't be able to buy games that are backwards compatible on them!

I'll stick with computer games and mostly from Blizzard. I got Battlefield 2042 and Lost Planet for my PC and they both won't work...the worst part is you can't take them back. I call the company helpline and they just say they don't know what the problem is! It' hard to get into gaming when you gotta have at LEAST a thousand dollars to get a console and enogh games to make it worth it, or end up rolling the dice with every $50.00 PC game you buy.........

I've been playing Falcon 4:Allied Force on my PC.It's a flight simulator that lets you fly an EXTREMELY detailed F-16 "Viper".

You can fly in detailed campaigns set in Korea or the Balkans-these are major wars with air,ground and naval units fighting!

It has a STEEP learning curve,but if you like jets it's an amazing experience. :)

I play mostly MMO's. World of Warcraft and EverQuest II (my work makes this one). I also have been playing Heavenly Sword and Warhawk on my PS3. I also like Advance Wars DS and Brain Age on my DS. Since I work in video games, I try to keep up with it all. I have a PSP, DS, PS2, PS3, GameCube, Wii, Xbox, Xbox 360, a laptop and 3 PC's I play games on. :)

Looking forward to Hellgate: London on the PC and Assassin's Creed on the PS3.

I play the 360 at a friends house.

Mainly Halo1,2, and 3.
I own a Ps2 but rarely play it.

I'm waiting for SmackDown Vs Raw 2008 like lehsreh.
I mainly play first person shooters.
I also play Runescape ( Welfare version of World of Warcraft :p ).
And the Resident Evil Series ( cautiously awaiting Resident Evil 5).
I EVEN play the Castlevania series, only Symphony of the night ( known as Dracula X Chronicles in japan.)

On my PS2 I mostly play SW Battlefront, Dynasty Warriors 2, X-Men: Next Dimension, and Tetris.

On my PC I mostly play Diablo 2 and SW: Galactic Battlegrounds.

I play mostly sports on my ps3: madden, mlb the show, ncaa, tiger etc. I love gaming in HD, but i bought guitar hero 3 today for my girlfriend and i actually quite enjoyed playing on that today, didn't think i would, but it was fun, maybe its just fun to kick a$$, guess ill keep playing it for a bit. I play pretty much only the EA battlefield series on my pc. and I bought a 360 little over a week ago strickly for halo3, so thats all i play on there, its my only game and the only reason i bought it :D

I have a Cube and am contemplating getting a Wii, I also play Heroes 5 on my laptop

I am a "Nintender": have almost them all. Now I am busy with Super Paper Mario because my gfriend bought it and I just couldn't resist :D (higly recommended). Before that I was playing Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition (another must).
Besides that, I also have Dragon Quest (PS2) there, with aprox 50% of it played; have to take it again!

I'm a cheapo PS2 playa still. I'd love a PSP and a PS3 but there's nothing quite on the PS3 I am dying for. When FF13 shows up, word. Anyway, I'm just playing old stuff. Like Devil May Cry. I still can't beat the 1st boss! I'm so lame.

ive been playing combat mission shockforce on the pc if you havent played a combat mission game before check em out you wont be dissapointed, also play dawn of war everyone of them and company of heros both of them, they are awesome, also like warhammer 40k.

Well, I always prefered PC games over console, right now, I'm not playing much... last game I was into was America's Army and Dawn of War, and now for resting times at work I play Clash N Slash. Also, I'm looking into playing the Baldut's Gate saga complete (I only played BG II), but I got the rest, so I just need time to play...

Also we used to play at the office everyday, at lunch time and after hours ;) games like StarCraft, CounterStrike and HalfLife, as well as Quake III.

Finally, I recently bought my 1st console... a Nintendo Wii, with the intention to play with my kids (the perfect excuse!) ... of this my favorite is tennis :)

I... uh... wargame with GI JOEs. But yeah I enjoy computer games especially, I too will not pay for some console to play games because in a year or two it'll be obsolete again and something new will come out. I love the Fallout series too, I have 1, 2 and Tactics. Also I enjoy Jagged Alliance, a lot of turn based Strategies like the Civilization series and Heroes 3 and 5. Jagged Alliance a RPG/Tactical game inspired me to create the game that I play with my joes, though I've noticed that Fallout is rather similar to my style of turn based sequence combat.

Does 800+ hours on GTA San Andreas count me as a gamer? I mostly play driving games (Sega Rally on PS3 is awesome right now), and free-roamers, but back in the "old" days I played all the Street Fighter games to my thumbs ached. Man, I even go back to Galaxian on the Atari 2600!
