Maybe the custom could be a Zartan.. that way one figure could be a Joe or Cobra.. depending on the photographer.

Both.
Put the figure into a dio, but let the background be reflective of your area. Or take a pictures of him standing infront of local land mark. What ever you'd like.

Yeah, I'm still planning on doing this, I'm waiting on some parts to make a unique custom for this.
